I Received my order of a BB Pro and extra batteries fairly quickly and extremely quickly. I found that the extra batteries I ordered where inadvertently supplied as the wrong model. On contacting support a set of correct batteries were quickly delivered. The support interaction was fantastic and the speed of rectification of the error very satisfying. It is always good to find out that the product support is just as good as the products sold. Excellent products and service with one tiny error.
